GREEN WITH ENVY

I have still been working on redoing my living room, slowly but surely. I got a new job which has made the process even slower!

I decided that I wanted to inject some color into my space, but instead of doing it on the walls I was going to do it through some pieces of furniture and accessories. The ok was given by my boyfriend to paint his lamps that he has had since he first went to college. So I picked a color from my inspiration fabric and went to town spray painting them. I also went and bought new drum lamp shades since the originals were a yellowish cream color and no longer matched.

How fun would it be to have a gorgeous tent like this one in your backyard for parties, guest to stay in, or just to hang out in?

I must convince my boyrfriend that we need one in our backyard! I'll let you know how it works out!

HAPPINESS...

I don't know why, but this pillow makes me sooo happy! =) Maybe its cause its starting to finally feel like spring.

NEW PRODUCT!

So I am still dabbling in my new found love of being crafty and since have started playing around with clothespins. I just think they can be a great alternative to picture frames or paper clips, and are something so small, but can add so much to decor or an occasion. This is my first color story of clothespins for my etsy shop. Hope you like and check back for more color stories!

How awesome is this pod?! You could easily have a little oasis in your backyard where you could have a little lunch get together or lounge the afternoon away reading a great book. Not to mention these pods would be amazing to have a late night dinner outside without the bugs getting in your face!

Spring is finally starting to show, even though there are snow showers every other day...I guess its better than nothing! Happy Spring!
